Large Stage: dimensions approx. 7.5m wide x 4m deep, black fabric backdrop 3 sides, raised stage approx. .8m above floor level, backstage area for dressing and privacy, entry via main floor, easy access for equipment.

Stage Lighting: Our In-house Stage Lighting is available for use free of charge. They consist of: Nine Par64 LED cans, operated through an in-house Controller. Five are on the front of stage bar, and Two are on each side bar. In addition their are Four ceiling down lights around centre of stage (on an on/off switch), and Three Par38's on the front of stage lighting bar (on an on/off switch).

Lectern: An unpretentious lectern is available at no cost.

Atmospheric Venue: The Harbour Light is an informal venue with atmosphere. It has the ability to attract and be comfortable for almost any group of peoples. With it's dominant mural of movie images, playing on it's history as a cinema house, that gets everyone guessing who's who, it's warm colour schemes, and a layout that ensures everyone can see the stage, a better venue would be hard to find. Capacity is 200 persons with seating for 100, and extra standing room for another 100.

Bar and Cafe: The Harbour Light has a fully stocked bar and eating facilities in the venue, to complement the entertainment, in order for customers to enjoy the full night out experience.

Great Staff: The two key personnel at the Harbour Light are Helen Hobson and Tom Jones. Helen will be your first contact person when discussing an event. As well as taking care of bookings, she also facilitates promotion, is the licensee and bar manager, and is usually on 'the shop floor' during events. Tom is also a bar manager and is our 'on the spot' man when you arrive to set up. He can help you with any technical and practical enquiries, and is also on 'the shop floor' during events. We also have a fine group of staff that take care of our customers needs in a friendly and helpful manner.
